We use software platforms and payment gateways to store and process your information  including: Mailchimp, Basecamp, Google Docs, Dropbox, Schedule once, Paypal, Stripe,  Google Analytics.

Where these sites are based in the United States, we will only transfer your personal data to them if they are part of the EU-US Privacy Shield.

Links to our social media accounts and other platforms on our websites –  Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. When viewing content or engaging with these sites, be aware that your use is subject to the Privacy, Cookie and Terms of Use policies set by those platforms. We encourage you to read these policies.

We may disclose your information to members of our organisation to enable us to carry out the delivery of our products and services.
