Three ways to work together

Fully renovated living spaces in a renovated classical townhouse in Brussels, Belgium

Full Renovation

For homes that need substantial transformation.

From layout and technical design to materials, lighting and finishes, I develop the project as a whole, with complete technical drawings. . Original features worth keeping are restored and combined with what the home needs today.

I bring in a trusted contractor and coordinate the works through to completionI follow the site regularly, keeping you informed on timing, budget and the decisions to be made.

The project can then continue into furnishing: furniture, lighting, curtains and made-to-measure pieces, which I source, supply and have installed, so your home is finished as one coherent whole.

Typically for substantial renovation projects with works from €150.000.

Living Spaces

For transforming the heart of a home.

Kitchen, dining and living areas are rethought together, combining design, kitchen supply, made-to-measure joinery, lighting, furniture and the works needed to bring it all together.

The kitchen is rarely just a kitchen. Its relationship with the spaces around it can change how an entire home works. I look at these areas as a whole, creating a considered connection between cooking, eating, relaxing and entertaining.

The kitchen is designed and supplied through makers I work with directly, so every element is made to measure and installed by trusted craftspeople.

Suitable for substantial kitchen and living-space projects combining design, supply and works, typically with an investment from €50.000.

Furnishing & Refinement

For homes that need completing rather than renovating.

Furniture, lighting, colour, curtains, rugs and carefully chosen pieces come together to give your home coherence, character and a sense of completion.

I begin with what is already there: the architecture, furniture worth keeping, art and objects you love, and identify what is missing. I then source and supply each piece, coordinate any minor works such as painting or wallpaper, and take care of ordering, delivery and installation.

The aim isn't to replace everything, but to make thoughtful additions that allow the whole home to come together.

Typically for projects with an overall investment from €50.000, including furniture and selected works.

CONCEPT
Find the right direction

I explore the possibilities for the space and bring layout, atmosphere, materials and colour into a clear overall concept.

04

REALISATION
Bring it to life

The works are carried out by the contractor under a separate agreement with you. I coordinate the project and follow the site, supply the pieces I provide, and oversee delivery and installation through to the final details.

01

UNDERSTAND
Understand your home

After a first call, we meet at your home to talk about how you live, what works, what doesn’t, and your budget and timing. I then send you a proposal setting out the scope, the deliverables and my fees.

03

DESIGN
Develop the design

The concept becomes precise: technical drawings, materials, kitchen and joinery, furniture and lighting.

The contractor prices the works on this basis, so you can decide with a clear budget.
