The outdoor portable lights for the garden

Sweet summer nights with portable lights

Picture a sweet summer night having dinner or chatting in your terrace or garden – a wonderful evening, but with the only light coming from the inside. To enjoy this kind of nights, here are three outdoor portable lights you might want to check out!

What if you could add soft outdoor lighting to create a magical atmosphere?

If you remember, a few weeks ago I wrote about portable lights for interiors. Well, the same exists for outdoors and they are extremely useful since not many people have designed their gardens and terraces to have optimum lighting.

Read on to learn more about my three favorite outdoor portable lights for this summer.

Balad by Fermob

Fermob is a French outdoor manufacturer that produces a lot of colourful and beautiful garden furniture. One of the most famous is the Luxembourg, a reinterpretation of the 1923 iconic chair and armchair of the Parisian Jardin du Luxembourg.

The Balad is a mobile outdoor lamp with a practical handle that allows you to carry it around and put where you want.

The lamp is IP44 rated (meaning that it has a protection index suitable for wet spaces) and can be charged via a USB cable with a battery life of 12 hours. It has three light-temperature settings: candle-type warm white (2300°K), neutral white (4000°K), and cool white (6000°K), with two brightness settings (100% and 50%).

It comes in different colours and can be combined with a metal stand to become a floor light.

From approximately 80 euro for the simple version.

Made with white polypropylene, it has 3 light settings and lasts for up to 20 hours once charged through a USB cable.
